Account Deletion Request
Delete account in the app (recommended)
You can delete your account directly in the app: Account Settings -> Delete Account. This is the fastest method and applies to your Quiz by SmartPro account data.
If you cannot access the app
If you want to delete your Quiz by SmartPro account and associated personal data, please send a request to: smartproinstrument@gmail.com
Email subject format:
Include in your email: account email, full name, and phone number (with country code) so we can verify ownership securely.

What data will be deleted
- Account profile data (name, email, phone, company/organization).
- Linked app-level serial/account mappings and assignment records tied to your account.
- Account access credentials and app session data.
What may be retained for a limited period
- Security, fraud-prevention, and audit logs required for legal/compliance purposes.
- Records that must be retained to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
